Clean Juice, the original USDA [United States Department of Agriculture]-certified organic juice bar, has announced the opening of new stores in Eugene, Oregon, and Prosper, Texas, US.

The openings follow the brand’s recent acquisition by BRIX Holdings and mark the beginning of a strategic national expansion.

BRIX Holdings CEO Sherif Mityas expressed optimism about the growth trajectory, stating: “These two grand openings kick off a new, positive chapter for Clean Juice.”

The new franchisees, Michael Morgan in Eugene and Jigar Patel in Prosper, bring extensive business expertise and an enthusiasm for health and wellness.

Patel, after experiencing a personal health scare, chose to invest in Clean Juice, saying: “I’m eager to grow with the brand and share healthy and delicious options for my community to enjoy.”

Both franchisees have conducted soft openings and are planning grand opening celebrations in the summer of 2024.

Joe Carmosino, a seasoned Clean Juice multi-unit owner, has launched his third outlet in Deer Park, Illinois. With his existing locations in Naperville and Park Ridge, Carmosino has been a part of Clean Juice since 2019.

The brand’s expansion has now reached 79 stores open and three in development, with more expected to open by late 2024.

BRIX Holdings is spearheading new development strategies post-acquisition, focusing on store design, operations and supply chain efficiencies. Future Clean Juice locations will have a modern aesthetic and a smaller size for better economics, and will use advanced technology such as kiosk-based ordering to enhance customer experience.

Clean Juice serves organic products such as cold-pressed juices, smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, açaí bowls, toasts and salads.

With its recent expansion, Texas now has 13 Clean Juice locations as the brand continues to extend its footprint.

It anticipates a further five to ten outlets for development in 2025.
