Canadian coffeehouse chain Tim Hortons is set to unveil limited-edition cups in celebration of the country’s National Coffee Day on 29 September 2024.

The collectible items will be made available at participating locations throughout Canada.

The cups offer guests the opportunity to share one of five motivational messages with family and friends.

The limited-edition cups will feature five unique bilingual designs, which will be randomly distributed to guests ordering a medium hot coffee.

The messages on these cups are “You Got This”, “Cheers”, “Here’s To You”, “You Do You” and “XOXO.”

Tim Hortons’ chief marketing officer Hope Bagozzi said: “For many of our guests, the simple act of treating their loved ones with a Tim’s coffee can mean so much – and we wanted to celebrate that power of connection and kindness with limited-edition cups that we’re serving in the lead-up to National Coffee Day on 29 September.”

In August 2024, Tim Hortons joined forces with Nutella to launch a new selection of baked goods and beverages infused with the popular hazelnut spread: a Dream Cookie, a Dream Donut and a filled croissant.

In June 2024, the brand introduced two new Dream Cookie flavours: Oreo Double Stuff and Caramilk.

The Oreo Double Stuff Dream Cookie has a chewy cookies and cream base topped with frosting and finished with OREO crumble.

The Caramilk Dream Cookie has milk chocolate chips and a caramel centre.
