US-based fast casual restaurant Chicken Salad Chick has opened its first location in the New Orleans area, situated in Metairie, Las Vegas.
The new outlet is located at 3005 Veterans Boulevard, near the Lakeside Mall and adjacent to Trader Joe’s, marking the brand’s introduction to the New Orleans market.

The opening is scheduled for 22 April 2025, with the first 100 guests in line set to receive free chicken salad for a year.
The celebrations will continue throughout the week with various promotions.
On 23 April, the first 50 guests to purchase a Chick Trio will be gifted a Chicken Salad Chick tote bag.
The following day, the same early bird offer applies but with a 20oz tumbler as the takeaway.
On 25 April and 26 April, the first fifty guests to buy two Large Quick Chicks will receive a complimentary Large Quick Chick and a Large Chick Cooler, respectively.
The Metairie restaurant represents the inaugural venture for Nibbles Hospitality Group, led by two couples, Bill and Anne DiPaola and Tiffany and Paul Spring.
They have committed to opening four Chicken Salad Chick locations in the New Orleans market.
The group has already acquired the Slidell branch of Chicken Salad Chick.

We feel a personal connection with Chicken Salad Chick, from its unique and delicious menu to its emphasis on giving back, and we’re so excited to introduce this special brand to our neighbours in Metairie.”
The Chicken Salad Chick menu features made-from-scratch chicken salad flavours, fresh side salads, gourmet soups, signature sandwiches and desserts.
The Metairie location offers in-restaurant and outdoor patio seating, drive-through, kerbside pickup, take-out, third-party delivery and catering services.
The brand recently expanded its presence with the opening of its sixth outlet in Colorado Springs.
