US-based restaurant chain Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop has announced plans to open a new location in Niles, Ohio, on 29 April.
The store will be located at 2484 Niles Cortland Road SE and marks the second Capriotti’s branch in Niles, following the chain’s initial expansion into the state with its Canfield location in 2023.
Known for its slow-roasted, all-natural turkey and other sandwich offerings, Capriotti’s menu features a range of options, including Bobbie, a sandwich combining oven-roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and mayonnaise.
Other items on the menu include Capastrami, made with hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing, and homemade coleslaw.
Cheesesteaks and vegetarian alternatives, including plant-based meats, will also be available at the new outlet.
The new Niles branch will be operated by local entrepreneur Amber Walley, who also owns and operates a location in Canfield.
Walley said: “Bringing Capriotti’s to Niles and the residents of Trumbull County has always been a dream of mine.
“This community has welcomed us with open arms, and I’m committed to providing incredible food and a welcoming atmosphere while also giving back to the people who make this town so special.”
Capriotti’s in Niles will feature order-ahead services, online ordering capabilities, and third-party delivery options.
Catering will also be available, offering selections such as cold sub party trays, box lunches, and a hot meatball bar suitable for events ranging from corporate functions to private gatherings.
Founded in 1976, Capriotti’s currently operates more than 175 locations nationwide and has outlined plans to expand to over 750 locations by 2032.
Earlier this month, Capriotti’s announced plans to open its first outlet in Connecticut in the town of Enfield on 25 April.
