American fast casual restaurant chain Panera Bread has introduced its breakfast delivery service in 231 cities and towns across the country.
Around 381 cafes across participating locations, including select cafes in Chicago, Dallas, Nashville, St. Louis and Minneapolis, are offering the service.

Panera CEO Blaine Hurst said: “Since we launched Panera delivery, guests have been asking ‘what about breakfast?’ We’re all looking for an easier way to get a better breakfast as we start our day.
“Panera is uniquely suited to meet this need, the convenience of our digital properties and our great service provide a better experience for wholesome food, delivered any time of day.”
The company is offering a range of customisable menu items such as Vermont cheddar and eggs on Farmstyle bread, asiago cheese bagels, and steel cut oatmeal topped with fruit to customers through the delivery service.
It currently owns and franchises around 2,097 Panera Bread restaurants in 47 US states and Ontario, Canada, offering baked goods, dough items, salads, custom roasted coffees and cafe beverages.
In May this year, restaurant franchising company Manna Development Group acquired 38 Panera Bread cafes in Colorado, US.
As one of the largest Panera Bread franchisees, Manna’s portfolio of 130 Panera Bread cafes spans across seven states in the US.
