Libbey Foodservice has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with German manufacturer and distributor of catering products Assheuer + Pott (APS).
Under the agreement, Libbey will add premium serveware and buffetware products to its upscale Artistry Collection of premium tableware brands.
The newly added products include buffet display stands and risers in metal and wood options; melamine serving trays and bowls in various styles such as faux wood, concrete and cast iron.
It will provide more than 300 catering, buffet and tabletop products to customers in the hotel, restaurant and catering industries in the US and Canada.
According to the company, most of the products are stackable and feature interlocking systems for stability. They are interchangeable and can serve multiple purposes.
Libbey US and Canada vice-president and general manager Joe Huhn said: “The hospitality and catering sector of the foodservice industry continues to evolve. The need to stand out and provide exceptional guest experiences is of utmost importance.
