Food and drink travel operator SSP Group has added six new foodservice outlets from major international brands at Malaga Costa del Sol International Airport in Spain.
The foodservice company has opened Chef Jamie Oliver’s Jamie’s Deli concept location at the airport.
Jamie’s Deli offers a range of menu choices such as sandwiches, artisan pizza, salads, hot deli items and pastries for eating in or on the go.
The company also opened two Starbucks outlets one at landside and one at airside alongside a Soho Coffee location.
Other new locations opened at the airport include Burger King and an Italian food concept, La Boutique.
SSP Spain managing director Blanca Ripoll said: “With its reputation as a popular destination for many holidaymakers, Malaga Costa del Sol is the perfect location for us to open new sites for our range of highly-recognisable international brands.

Malaga Costa del Sol International is operated by Spain-based Aena and serves the entire Costa del Sol region. It handled more than 19 million passengers last year.
Earlier this month, SSP America expanded its foodservice offerings at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) by opening Sweet Maple at Terminal 2.
In April this year, SSP America opened Shōjō restaurant location at Terminal C of Boston International Airport (BOS) in the US.
