French flag carrier Air France has established a partnership with Michelin-star chef Daniel Rose to create Business cabins menus.

As part of the deal, the airline will offer three new signature dishes created by Rose to its Business cabin customers from September this year.

The menu will be served on long-haul flights travelling from various locations in the US and Canada Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington, Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver, to Paris, France.

Rose said: “I am honoured to be partnering with Air France, the airline that set me on my culinary journey 21 years ago. We look forward to sharing our version of classic French meals at 30,000 thousand feet that are as comforting and as delicious as in my restaurants.”

Air France will renew three dishes every two months on flights travelling from these 15 destinations to Paris.

The airline has been offering partnerships to starred chefs to create menus for its La Première and Business class fights since 2009.
