Global SaaS food delivery company Deliverect has acquired ChatFood, a provider of ‘social media ordering’, ‘order and pay at the table‘ and ‘loyalty’ solutions for restaurants.
This deal aims to give the restaurant industry a single solution for social, dine-in QR and direct channel ordering. It also streamlines online food delivery.
Deliverect and ChatFood will cater to more than 43,000 restaurants and foodservice businesses worldwide and power more than 300 million orders in 42 markets.
ChatFood has a footprint in the Gulf region with 3,000 foodservice locations.
ChatFood co-founders Benjamin Mouflard and Vini Rodrigues will remain with Deliverect to drive expansion and growth.
