US-based fast casual restaurant chain Culver’s has added the Lemon Berry Layer Cake and Dark Chocolate PB Crunch to its summer seasonal menu from June to August.
Lemon Berry Layer Cake features Culver’s creamy vanilla fresh frozen custard layered with mixed berries, a ribbon of tart and tangy lemon and butter cake pieces.
It will be rolled out across all its outlets from 10 June 2023.
The Dark Chocolate PB Crunch comprises dark chocolate fresh frozen custard, Butterfinger pieces and a gooey peanut butter ribbon. It will be available at all Culver’s restaurants from 10 July 2023.
The two items will be available at more than 900 family-owned and operated restaurants in 26 US states on the day of their debut. They will add a fruity, chocolatey flair to Culver’s ‘Flavor of the Day’ line-up.
Culver’s noted that these two additions would be rotated in each restaurant’s unique ‘Flavor of the Day’ calendars.
