Restaurant brand Clap, known for its Japanese cuisine, has reportedly opened a new location in London, UK, to bolster its international footprint.
According to Caterer Middle East, the restaurant, located in London’s Knightsbridge area, will have three stories featuring a café on the first floor, a restaurant lounge on the second and a rooftop bar on the third.
The London venture is expected to establish Addmind Hospitality, the parent company of Clap, as one of the key players in the hospitality industry.
Caterer Middle East quoted Addmind Hospitality CEO Toni Sabre as saying: “Bringing Clap to London is an exhilarating milestone for Addmind Hospitality.
“With the success of our flagship location in Dubai, we are thrilled to introduce this homegrown brand from Beirut, Lebanon, to the vibrant city of London.
Prior to London, the company opened restaurants in Beirut and Dubai as part of its global expansion plan.
