US-based Amy’s Drive-Through vegan fast food restaurant chain has expanded its footprint in California by opening its fifth location in Thousand Oaks.
Located at 400 N Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks, the new 4,060ft² restaurant can accommodate 110 guests.
It also features solar shading, special low-emission parking spots and electric vehicle charging stations.
The restaurant brand noted that, like its other restaurants, the Thousand Oaks location is also built using sustainable building materials.
It noted that the new restaurant will operate as sustainably as possible and the food is served in compostable packaging to ensure net-zero and low environmental impact.
Amy’s Drive-Through co-founder Andy Berliner said: “Since we started Amy’s Drive-Through in 2015, Southern California has been on our radar.
