US-based fire-grilled chicken restaurant chain El Pollo Loco has announced the launch of its new line-up of Double Chicken Chopped Salads for this summer.

The new salad line-up includes Classic Double Chicken Salad and Street Corn Double Chicken Chopped Salad.

Classic Double Chicken Salad comprises fire-grilled chicken, avocado, pepitas, queso fresco, spinach, lettuce, super greens and pico de gallo.

The Street Corn Double Chicken Chopped Salad also comes with a fire-grilled chicken alongside avocado, corn, cilantro, queso fresco, lettuce, super greens, chilli lime seasoning and pico de gallo.

Both salads feature the creamy cilantro dressing.

The company noted that its Double Chicken Chopped Salads are now available at all El Pollo Loco restaurants until 30 August.

The restaurant brand is also rolling out a new eight-piece Summer Family Meal, which includes eight leg and thigh pieces, a choice of three large sides and warm tortillas.
