Restaurant online ordering system Taker has introduced a new delivery application, Dook, in Saudi Arabia, according to a report by Zawya.
The new app is available on Google Play and the App Store.
Using the app, customers will have to pay the same price as in the restaurant, without extra charges, according to the news publication.
Dook charges a 5% commission for its service to address the increasing delivery cost.
It also offers a wide array of digital, marketing, and logistical services to boost restaurants’ profit margins.
This new concept is expected to help restaurant companies provide more discounts and offer various promotions to their customers, encouraging them to order more which translates into higher profits for restaurants.
