French foodservices and facilities management company Sodexo has announced the acquisition of US-based AH Management, which specialises in office coffee and corporate dining services.
The companies have not divulged the financial details of the deal.
As one of the largest convenience solutions operators in the Mid-West region, AH offers corporate dining amenities, which include micro-markets, vending machines and coffee service.
Sodexo noted that the deal will also allow it to extend the offerings of its convenience business arm InReach in the market.
InReach’s offerings include micro markets, vending, office coffee, pantry, water, catering, fresh food and on-site foodservices.
Sodexo North America CEO Sarosh Mistry said: “The acquisition of AH Management is the next step in enhancing Sodexo’s multimarket convenience solution, InReach, in North America.
