US-based casual dining restaurant chain Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar has announced plans to relaunch its Boneless Wings for this Halloween season.

The appetizer will only be available on 31 October.

On that day, customers placing an online order worth a minimum of $40 through Applebees.com or through its mobile app will receive “free” Boneless Wings by entering the promotional code SCARY23 at the checkout.  

This minimum order value excludes alcohol, tax, delivery, service fees and gratuity.

The restaurant chain said that this ‘spooktacular’ deal is for customers using delivery or on-the-go services from any of the participating locations across the country. 

While placing their orders, customers will get to choose from one of the several Applebee’s sauces that can be added to the ten-piece Boneless Wings.

These sauce options include Honey Pepper, Sweet Asian Chile, Classic Hot Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan, Extra Hot Buffalo and Honey BBQ. 

Customers will also be able to choose between the Bleu cheese or house-made ranch dressing, which is made with buttermilk, as a choice of dip. 

Applebee’s said that customers will get only one free Boneless Wings appetizer per order. The offer is not available on any other third-party delivery sites.

Applebee’s chief marketing officer Joel Yashinsky said: “Our Boneless Wings are ‘scary good’ and the perfect treat for families are fueling up for trick-or-treating, potluck-ing or guests craving a late-night snack.

“This free offer is for one day only and expires at midnight on 31 October, so do not miss your chance to enjoy by ordering from Applebees.com or our Applebee’s mobile app.”
