TGI Fridays has added a range of new and revamped appetisers, along with new non-alcoholic beverages, salads and bowl entrées, to its menu.
The move is part of the chain’s ongoing transformative efforts to introduce new offerings for different dayparts [sections of the day].
From 24 October 2023, TGI Fridays’ menu features a Thai mango salad, a harvest grains salad and the new chicken al pastor bowl.
The appetiser line-up includes as many as 18 different options, all starting at $3.
It includes Fridays’ signature appetisers such as loaded potato skins, traditional wings and mozzarella sticks.
The new appetisers include a fried potato tots offering “truffle tot-chos”, an all-beef offering called “steakhouse meatballs” and a loaded poblano queso topped with mixed cheeses, fresh pico de gallo and guacamole.

By GlobalDataMargarita shrimp cocktail, a combination of lime-seasoned shrimp with diced avocado, fresh mango, pico de gallo and lime juice, is another new addition.

In collaboration with the Athletic Brewing Company, TGI Fridays has also added a new classic craft golden style light-bodied brew, “Upside Dawn”, to its menu across all its locations in the US.
In a separate development, major restaurant chain Pizza Hut has announced the launch of its new deal lover’s menu, featuring 17 different options.
All 17 items, including Pizza Hut’s signature pizza, pastas, breadsticks, desserts and Pizza Hut melts, will be available at $7 each for customers placing orders for two or more.
Pizza Hut has also added three new offerings to its menu: roasted garlic cheese sticks, bacon cheddar cheese sticks and chocolate donut bites.
