Taco Cabana is set to enhance its menu with a new Tortas lineup across all locations in Texas, US, starting 1 May 2024.
The updated menu features Tortas for breakfast, lunch, and supper, Loaded Fries and a new partnership with Jarritos for margaritas. The launch is timed with Cinco de Mayo celebrations.
The breakfast Tortas from Taco Cabana are served on a layer of refried beans, which is crowned with pico de gallo and shredded cheese.
The lunch and dinner Tortas come with a choice of carne asada, steak fajita, or chicken fajita, along with refried beans, shredded lettuce, and pico de gallo.
Its new Loaded Fries include a Carne Asada option topped with queso, sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo and a Chili Cheese option served with queso and chilli con carne.
The collaboration with Jarritos brings a new Mandarin Margarita to the Taco Cabana beverage menu.

Moreover, Taco Cabana is introducing new Happy Hour deals, available from 3pm to 6pm every Sunday through Thursday.
These include $2 Margaritas and domestic beers, half-price Bean & Cheese Nachos, three-pack Flautas, and small Cheese Quesadillas.
Additionally, San Antonio Taco Cabana locations will begin testing new Jr. Bowls and Burritos from 1 May 2024.
