“Customers can expect a more convenient and enjoyable ordering process using the new digital service features.”
DRG has expanded from a 30-unit Taco Bell franchise in 2012 to a multibrand quick-service restaurant operation with over 350 units across Nevada, California, Kansas, Missouri, and Alaska.
In October 2023, DRG opened a renovated Taco Bell location in Overland Park, Kansas.
The refurbished restaurant featured communal seating, which is expected to enhance the guest’s dining experience.
In addition to the seating, the two new digital boards aimed to improve the ordering process of mobile orders. The store also features an integrated menu board for guests who prefer to dine in.
