US-based fast-casual restaurant Blaze Pizza is planning to revamp its menu during 2024.

The brand is introducing a range of new offerings including premium toppings, on-the-go items, new salads and its first in-house dessert in the coming months.

Launching nationwide in May, the new collection retains popular elements from the previous Signature Pizza menu while incorporating new options.

The revamp begins with the Chef Inspired & Fast Fire’d Signature Collection, replacing the 12-year-old Signature Pizza menu.

The new Collection includes The Carnivore, a savoury mix of pepperoni slices, julienned ham and crumbled meatballs.

It also includes The Herbivore, a vegetarian offering with Blaze’s spicy red sauce and fresh rocket. The Meatball Pie combines crumbled meatballs with Blaze’s tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella and dollops of ricotta cheese.

Blaze Pizza also offers the Blazed BBQ, featuring grilled chicken with BBQ sauce and a ranch dressing drizzle, and the Four Cheese with mozzarella, Ovolini mozzarella, ricotta and parmesan.

Blaze Pizza chief marketing officer Christian Kuhn said: “Our culinary team has been hard at work, revamping our menu offerings and making additions that will enhance the Blaze experience.

In 2023, Blaze Pizza signed a franchise agreement with Bahrain-based restaurant group NAD Tradings to open two new locations in Manama, Bahrain by 2025.

The new outlets will offer Blaze Pizza’s signature pizzas and the build-your-own option, in addition to salads, desserts and a wide variety of beverages.
