Food and facilities management services provider Sodexo has launched the 513 Culinary Group, a new US campus dining venture, in partnership with the University of Cincinnati.
The initiative which has been operating since 1 May 2024, is focused on delivering innovative, creative and inclusive dining experiences, with an emphasis on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and global flavours.
The collaboration aims to revitalise dining facilities and introduce menu enhancements across the university’s main, Blue Ash and Clermont regional campuses.
Central to the partnership is the engagement of students and employees, which is expected to contribute to a stronger campus culture.
The 513 Culinary Group will cater to diverse dietary needs, including offering plant-based options for those seeking meatless dishes and ensuring that students with allergies have access to safe and convenient meals.
The partnership also includes plans to renovate and rebrand an existing facility into Bearcats Social, a new dining location.
