American casual dining chain Ruby’s Diner has introduced a mobile application, My Ruby’s Rewards, in partnership with loyalty engagement platform Thanx.
Available for both Android and iOS users, the app is designed to enhance the dining experience by offering a convenient ordering system for customers at participating locations across California.
Customers can order food for pickup, delivery or kerbside service at select locations using My Ruby’s Rewards.
They can also join the loyalty programme to purchase gift cards and earn reward points on every order.
Points can be redeemed for discounts on signature products and free burgers, shakes and other menu items.
Customers can also unlock benefits by signing up online for My Ruby’s Rewards. These include complimentary shakes on birthdays and a $5 discount on their first purchase after linking a payment card.
