US-based Chicken Salad Chick is set to bolster its Colorado presence with the launch of two new restaurants in Windsor and Johnstown.
This move comes more than a year after the brand made its Colorado debut in the Greeley area in 2023.
The brand’s expansion in the state is in partnership with local franchise owners David and Jessica Zumbrun, experienced business owners in northern Colorado.
The husband-and-wife team behind NOCO Chick is extending their portfolio with Chicken Salad Chick after introducing the brand to Greeley in 2023.
They plan four additional locations in the region.
The Windsor restaurant, located at 475 East Main Street in the East Pointe shopping centre, is scheduled on 21 August 2024.
