US-based restaurant chain Zaxbys is set to expand its presence in Tennessee with the opening of a new location in Bartlett on 19 August 2024.
The new venue, located at 6290 Stage Road, will be owned and operated by Tom Scott and Jeremy Gattie of Memphis Foods.
Once opened, it will be Memphis Foods’ eleventh restaurant in Shelby County.
Jeremy Gattie said: “We are very excited to open this location in Bartlett, TN. Bartlett has been an area we have wanted to expand in for quite some time and to finally have this actually happen is amazing.
“We look forward to providing our guests with a great experience each time they come to the store.”
Spanning 3,000ft², the Bartlett restaurant will have the capacity to accommodate 56 guests.

Customers can also order online via the Zaxbys website or through the brand’s app for kerbside pickup.
Delivery services will also be available directly through the app and via third-party platforms such as DoorDash, GrubHub, and UberEats.
Zaxbys’ menu features Chicken Fingerz and wings, which are available in a variety of bold and spicy sauces.
Its menu also includes items such as Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries and Fried Pickles.
For a limited time, Zaxbys is introducing Chicken Finger Tacos in two new variations: Chipotle Ranch with Pico and Avocado Ranch BLT, combining chicken with another crowd-pleaser, tacos.
For its new location in Bartlett, Tennessee, Memphis Foods hired Dimension Construction to create Zaxby’s white farmhouse design.
The new restaurant is set to provide up to 40 new job opportunities in the area.
Earlier in August 2024, Zaxbys extended its franchising partnership with ArrowStream, a provider of supply chain management technology to the foodservice industry.
The partnership, which started in 2017, has been crucial in optimising Zaxbys’ supply chain operations to support its expanding network of locations.
