American fast-casual restaurant chain Chicken Salad Chick will open its fourth Oklahoma outlet in Moore on 27 August 2024.
The new venue, situated at 750 SW 19th Street just outside Oklahoma City, will be under the ownership and operation of Troy Morrison.
Morrison, a veteran in managing restaurant franchises, currently oversees 95 Taco Bell and Wingstop franchises.
He has secured the rights to develop an additional five Chicken Salad Chick locations in Oklahoma and 11 in Austin, Texas.
The Moore restaurant, which is the first of Morrison’s Chicken Salad Chick establishments to open, will offer in-restaurant and outdoor patio seating, take-out, kerbside pickup, third-party delivery services and catering.
The menu will feature made-from-scratch chicken salad flavours, fresh side salads, gourmet soups, signature sandwiches and desserts.
