Lightspeed Commerce has formed an exclusive partnership with Le Fou Fou, a European-style food hall located at the Royalmount retail and lifestyle complex in Montreal, Canada.
The collaboration is aimed at enhancing the dining experience at Le Fou Fou, which spans more than 30,000ft².
Developed by MTB Collective, the food hall features 12 dining concepts, three bars, and a 6,000ft² outdoor terrace accommodating 900 guests.
The food hall will leverage Lightspeed Restaurant, a tech platform designed to streamline foodservice operations.
This technology is fully integrated across all vendors within Le Fou Fou, to elevate customer service and enhance efficiency.
Le Fou Fou will utilise several advanced features from the Lightspeed Restaurant platform.

The system supports timed event vouchers, to further enhance the customer experience at Le Fou Fou.
