US-based fast-casual restaurant chain Just Salad has launched its 2024 autumn menu, featuring seasonal flavours and a partnership with Impossible Foods.

The menu includes new items Pesto Shrimp Bowl and the Chicken + Hot Honey Bowl, alongside returning favourites such as the Autumn Caesar and Buffalo Cauliflower salads and a special pumpkin-themed soup.

Just Salad retains its summer favourite, Wild-Caught Shrimp, which is now featured in the new Pesto Shrimp Bowl.

Just Salad has also launched Impossible Chicken From Plants as a permanent addition to its menu.

This plant-based chicken alternative is featured in the Southwest Crunch salad and the Vegan Chipotle Wrap and can be added as a protein choice for custom orders.

With 19g of protein and no saturated fat or cholesterol, Impossible Chicken aligns with Just Salad’s commitment to high-quality, plant-based ingredients that support a reduced environmental footprint.

Just Salad has also partnered with Mike’s Hot Honey to make Hot Honey Goat Cheese a staple on the menu.

Made using pure honey and chili peppers, Mike’s Hot Honey adds a sweet and spicy kick to the Chicken + Hot Honey Bowl, which includes arugula [rocket], organic quinoa, sliced apples, roasted beets and chopped almonds.

The Hot Honey Goat Cheese is also available in the new Hot Honey Harvest bowl and as a topping for customised orders.

The autumn menu features seasonal ingredients such as apples, spiced pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and homemade Pesto Vinaigrette.

Just Salad’s full seasonal lineup comprises Autumn Caesar, Buffalo Cauliflower, Pesto Shrimp Bowl, Chicken + Hot Honey Bowl and the Seasonal Soup Special.

The seasonal lineup is available in-store, online and via the app until mid-December 2024.
