US-based restaurant chain Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ has broadened its presence with the launch of an express unit inside the Walmart Supercenter at 3155 State Road 44 in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

The brand is known for its versatile establishment models, which include food trucks, traditional brick-and-mortar restaurants and express units within larger retail stores.

This allows Crave to cater to a wide range of customer preferences and locations.

Crave’s menu includes hot dog variations and BBQ dishes.

This express unit’s location within Walmart aims to attract not only the store’s shoppers but also patrons from the surrounding area by providing breakfast, lunch and dinner options.

The brand’s integration of third-party delivery services such as DoorDash and Grubhub further extends its reach.

The brand operates in diverse settings, ranging from standalone restaurants to compact express units.

Crave also enables customers to place orders ahead of their visit for enhanced convenience.

Crave co-founder and CEO Samantha Rincione said: “We are thrilled to bring Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ to New Smyrna.

“With other locations throughout Florida, this location is helping to expand the brand’s presence and add to the existing food trucks and bricks-and-mortar we have in the state.”

In August 2024, Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ announced plans to open an express model inside a Walmart in New Philadelphia, Ohio.

The move aligns with the brand’s plan to set up locations in Walmart stores nationwide.
