American food ordering and delivery company DoorDash has introduced a comprehensive suite of products designed to empower merchants to manage and expand their businesses on their own channels.
The newly launched products comprising the DoorDash commerce platform can aid merchants to grow and run their businesses on their own channels, whether operating in-store or online.
The DoorDash Commerce Platform has five core products: drive on-demand for delivery through a merchant’s app or website, commission-free online ordering, AI-powered phone ordering, tableside order and pay via QR code, and customer support solutions for delivery-related inquiries.
The products enable merchants to tailor these tools to their unique business requirements, whether operating in-store or online.
DoorDash has also rolled out online ordering mobile apps, a feature that allows restaurants to create their own branded iOS or Android applications.
This initiative is part of DoorDash’s strategy to provide a seamless experience between restaurants’ marketing and ordering platforms, fostering customer loyalty and encouraging direct orders from mobile devices.
