ezCater, a food technology platform designed for workplaces, has introduced the Smart Ordering feature in the US.
Smart Ordering leverages AI and machine learning to streamline the food ordering process for offices.
Drawing on more than 17 years of exclusive data from ezCater, it enables customers to decide what and how much to order for large workplace gatherings.
With Smart Ordering, users receive menu suggestions across varying price ranges.
The recommendations can be adjusted to fit different group sizes and individual tastes, speeding up and simplifying the ordering process.
When Smart Ordering is activated on a restaurant’s menu, the order suggestions will be highlighted at the top under the label “All-in-One Orders.”
