Officially opened by chef Kate Austen, the restaurant aims to transform employee dining with a focus on seasonal menus and sustainability.

Currently at more than 30 select Sedexo client sites in the UK, Modern Recipe restaurant’s all-day dining model is adapted to contemporary work schedules, providing a variety of food choices, and catering to 1,500 individuals daily.

Enhancements such as digital screens and wayfinding points have been introduced to improve the customer experience.

The restaurant’s modern design features three main serving areas, including an extensive salad bar with a hot protein section and a range of global dishes.
