Oodles Wok, an Aian fusion eatery from the UK, has marked its international presence with the opening of a flagship store in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), as reported by Zawya.
The brand’s global expansion strategy has taken a significant step forward with this launch, and plans are already underway for further growth in France.
The selection of Motor City in Dubai as the site for Oodles Wok’s new establishment was a strategic choice. The brand’s first international location was chosen for its mix of modernity, innovation and cultural diversity, aligning with the brand’s 2024 growth objectives.
Oodles Wok founder Mohammed Umar stated: “Dubai’s thriving expat community and reputation as a global culinary hub made it the perfect fit for our international growth.”
The founders and their executive team conducted extensive research before deciding on the vibrant area, which is known for its food brand hubs and diverse expatriate community.
The location is also surrounded by several other UK-based food outlets, making it an ideal spot for Oodles Wok’s first international venture.
