Multi-Michelin-starred chef and television personality Gordon Ramsay is set to open his first restaurant in the US state of Virginia in late 2024, at the Caesars Virginia luxury resort.  

Inspired by Ramsay’s international travels, the restaurant aims to take diners on a global culinary journey while incorporating local flavours.

The restaurant, called Ramsay’s Kitchen, will feature the chef’s acclaimed dishes, including Beef Wellington, Crispy Skin Salmon, Pan Seared Scallops and a 24-ounce Bone-In Ribeye.  

The starters will include local Virginia Oysters, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes and Sticky Chicken Wings, while the dessert menu will offer British classics such as the Signature Sticky Toffee Pudding alongside modern desserts such as Vanilla Mascarpone Cheesecake. 

The 250-seat venue will include a private dining area and an outdoor patio with views of Danville’s Three Sisters smokestacks.

The Caesars Virginia resort, set to open in late 2024 in historic Danville, will offer a casino experience, a full-service spa, a pool, dining, upscale bars and lounges, gaming and entertainment.

Gordon Ramsay North America has 28 restaurants across the US and Canada. Ramsay’s portfolio includes fifty-eight international locations, with Ramsay holding a total of eight Michelin stars.  

In June 2024, Gordon Ramsay partnered with Travel Food Services to open six locations in India.
