Nala Robotics has introduced BIRYANIMAN, claimed to be the world’s first robotic biryani maker, designed to revolutionise the culinary process of the dish.
This kitchen robot is capable of preparing up to 100 different varieties of biryani.
The robot leverages advanced robotics and AI-driven algorithms to ensure that every aspect, from spice blend to layering, meets the highest standards of quality.
This fusion of technology and tradition aims to uphold the authenticity of biryani while simplifying its complex cooking process.
The first installation will be at BIRYANIBUFFET in Naperville, Illinois, where patrons can experience a range of biryani styles such as Hyderabadi and Lucknowi crafted by this robotic chef.
