Minsuzenraku, a Omakase no-menu teppanyaki restaurant from Taiwan, is set to open its first restaurant in Hong Kong in December 2024.
The new establishment, named Minsuzenraku – Hong Kong Tin Hau Sea View Store, will be the LEDODO Group’s second direct-operated venture in Hong Kong.
It will be situated on the 23rd floor of the Heng Huan Tin Hau building, offering guests a panoramic view of Hong Kong harbour.
It is a one-minute walk from Tin Hau MTR Station, close to Causeway Bay’s shopping district and Victoria Park.
Minsuzenraku’s HK$700 ($89.92) signature set menu features premium Wagyu beef, fresh lobster, South African abalone, Hokkaido scallops and seasonal fresh fish.
The 14-course Omakase-style experience is designed to showcase expert teppanyaki craftsmanship. Minimal seasoning emphasises the natural flavours of the ingredients.
