By GlobalData“Our brand brings so much joy to our guests, and it is even more meaningful that we can deliver our fresh-baked snacks to new fans with an experienced, committed operator like Mark.”
Following an aggressive growth strategy announced in 2021, FAT Brands now has five locations across Mexico.
FAT Brands chief development officer Taylor Wiederhorn said: “The strategic partnership we have forged with franchisee Red Rombo Group and their acumen of the area has been a key component in our rapid build-out of Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express in Mexico.
“All-American fare continues to be popular in Mexico, which has led to FAT Brands’ robust growth. Sister brand Twin Peaks also currently boasts seven locations in the country.”
Fatburger has been celebrated for its grilled burgers since the first restaurant opened in Los Angeles in 1954.
Founder Lovie Yancey’s philosophy was that a big burger should be a complete meal.
This ethos continues today with a range of customisable toppings extending beyond traditional offerings.
Fatburger’s menu also features fat and skinny fries, sweet potato fries, scratch-made onion rings, turkey burgers, crispy chicken sandwiches and milkshakes made from real ice cream.
Complementing Fatburger’s offerings, Buffalo’s Express serves bone-in and boneless chicken wings with sauces, accompanied by a choice of blue cheese, ranch or honey mustard dressing.
