US-based fast-casual sandwich chain Capriotti’s is expanding its footprint with a new shop set to open in Riverside, California on 4 December 2024.
Located at 9867 Magnolia Ave, the new venue will offer the local community its 40-year tradition of in-house slow-roasted turkeys and a selection of fresh sandwiches.
The new Riverside location is owned by Will Kamal, a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the food industry since 1992.
Kamal began his career as a team member at a fast-food chain, eventually achieving the position of franchisee.
Since 2007, he has launched 18 franchises across Riverside County.
Kamal said: “We’re thrilled to bring the authentic flavours of Capriotti’s to Riverside.
