Blaze Pizza, known for its Fast Fire’d artisanal pizzas, has entered a 25-unit expansion agreement with SoCal Blazers, a group led by franchise veterans Reza Medali, Mehdi Khosh and Ryan Khosh.
The agreement will extend the brand’s presence across key counties in Southern California such as Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange.

The expansion led by Medali, who has been a Blaze franchisee for more than ten years and operates 21 locations, will see the introduction of four new restaurants by 2025.
Medali expressed his enthusiasm, stating: “Blaze Pizza sets the standard for Fast Fire’d artisanal pizza, with an unbeatable menu and a leadership team that truly supports its franchisees. I’m thrilled to bring even more Blaze locations to Southern California, a region that already embraces Blaze’s bold flavours and exceptional dining experience.”

Blaze customers can customise their pizzas with a selection of 45 fresh ingredients.
