Dave’s Hot Chicken has reintroduced its “Dave’s NOT Chicken” cauliflower menu items for a limited time.
From 7 January 2025, customers can purchase the Cauliflower Sliders, Tenders and Bites at all North American locations.
These non-meat options are prepared with fresh cauliflower, seasoned and fried with the same spices used for the brand’s signature hot chicken.
Each NOT Chicken product is created from a whole head of cauliflower, hand-sliced, seasoned and fried to order.
NOT Chicken Sliders and Tenders are priced at $2 more than their chicken counterparts, while Bites are the same price as the Chicken Bites.
Hot Boxes also feature the cauliflower products for those seeking plant-based alternatives.
