Fast-casual restaurant chain Just Salad has unveiled its first drive-through location. The new restaurant is in Livingston, New Jersey, as part of the brand’s commitment to offering accessible, health-conscious meal options.  

The outlet, situated at 277 Eisenhower Pkwy, Unit #150 in The Shoppes at the Livingston Circle, is the first in a series of drive-throughs planned for launch in 2025. 

The drive-through concept caters to consumer demand for both convenience and nutritious fare.  

It promises an accurate service experience, with the added benefit of a dine-in option for those who prefer a more traditional restaurant setting.  

The dual-format approach aims to serve a diverse customer base, including busy families, commuters and health-focused individuals.

Just Salad’s drive-through menu features 15 chef-designed salads, wraps, warm bowls, soups and smoothies.  

It provides seasonal winter salads, popular salads such as the Crispy Chicken Poblano and Tokyo Supergreens, and Earth-Friendly salads with low carbon footprints.  

The Reusable Bowl Programme is a sustainability initiative, encouraging customers to reduce waste and enjoy a complimentary salad topping with each reuse. 

In celebration of the opening, Just Salad has announced several promotions including a donation of $1 for every in-store purchase made on Wednesday, 22 January 2025.  

$5 Meal Days are scheduled for January 23 to January 25, with a special $5 meal offer for Reusable Bowl customers on 27 January, community workers on 28 January and during Reusable Bowl Happy Hour from 3 March to 21 March. 

Established in 2006, Just Salad has more than 90 locations in Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
