Celebrity chef and television personality Gordon Ramsay has inaugurated his second Gordon Ramsay Burger outlet on the Strip, situated within Flamingo Las Vegas in the US state of Nevada. 

It is the seventh collaboration between Ramsay and Caesars Entertainment at the resort destination.

The Flamingo Las Vegas branch of Gordon Ramsay Burger introduces exclusive menu items such as the Cluck Yeah G.F.C. (Gordon’s Fried Chicken) Sandwich.  

The dish features spicy fried chicken, red cabbage slaw and pickled red onions in a pink brioche bun. 

The brunch menu includes the Full English Breakfast Burger, combining a sausage patty, roasted mushrooms, sliced tomato, thick-cut bacon, an egg and Heinz beans with seasoned tater tots.

The Steak Dinner Burger offers a Wagyu beef patty, sautéed mushrooms and onions, Boursin spread and HP sauce, served with crispy matchstick potatoes. 

The signature Pink Drink, a blend of Champagne, Absolut Vodka, cassis and raspberry gomme, is presented in a flamingo coupe.  

Dessert options include milkshakes such as the 99 Flake Shake — a vanilla shake with waffle cone pieces and a Flake chocolate bar —and the Sticky Toffee Waffle with toasted pecans and vanilla ice cream.

The 12,000ft² restaurant is designed by DEZMOTIF Studios and features an exhibition kitchen, an island-style bar, Union Jack motifs and dynamic flame displays.  

The main dining area provides views of the kitchen operations. 

A 50-seat patio offers a view of the Strip beneath a 25-foot-tall LED column displaying imagery related to Gordon Ramsay Burger. 

Located on the casino floor along Las Vegas Boulevard, Gordon Ramsay Burger at Flamingo Las Vegas accommodates up to 300 guests and operates from 10am to midnight.
