Eastern Mediterranean restaurant group Brother Marcus and Scandinavian-inspired espresso bar Hagen are expanding their presence in Canary Wharf, London, UK, reported Catering Today.
The two establishments have secured leases at YY London, a refurbished office building.
Brother Marcus is set to bring its brunch and mezze dishes, along with cocktails and Eastern Mediterranean wines, to YY London next year.
Co-founded by Tas Gaitanos and Alex Large, the restaurant group has signed a 20-year lease for a 2,861ft² space facing the Jubilee Plaza. Hagen has recently inaugurated its 17th outlet within the same complex.
Occupying a 1,141ft² area on a ten-year lease, the new bar draws inspiration from Copenhagen’s Room 606.
The interior of the establishment is decorated with blue velvet, brown marble, wooden panelling, and oval lighting.
