US-based fast-casual restaurant chain Chicken Salad Chick has announced plans to open a new outlet in Bowling Green, Kentucky on 18 February 2025. 

To be located at 2020 Scottsville Road, Suite 107, the new outlet will offer in-restaurant seating, take-out, third-party delivery services and catering.

In celebration of the opening day, the first 100 guests will receive free chicken salad for a year.

The Bowling Green outlet will be led by Hannah Witherspoon of Em’s Chick and her family – the third property under their franchise leadership.  

The family-owned franchise group previously opened locations in Evansville, Indiana and Owensboro, Kentucky – both during the Covid-19 pandemic. 

Hannah Witherspoon said: “Bowling Green is a special town to me. I spent four years here in college and have the best memories.
