Wendy’s has announced the release of Thin Mints Frosty frozen dairy dessert, a limited-time offering (LTO), across its restaurants in the US.

It is available in time for National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend 2025, from 21 to 23 February.

Wendy’s is a licensed partner of Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA).

According to Wendy’s, Thin Mints are “extra delicious” when frozen and the new item therefore gives customers another way to experience the flavour of a Girl Scout best-seller – through the Thin Mints Frosty.

Thin Mints Frosty combines the Classic Chocolate or Vanilla Frosty, topped with a minty cookie crumble sauce.

Wendy’s Company US chief marketing officer Lindsay Radkoski said: “The friendship between Wendy’s and Girl Scouts of the USA is mint to be.

“By bringing together two iconic fan favourite flavours into a single spoonful, we’re delivering an exclusive, one-of-a-kind Frosty experience to connect with our Wendy’s fanbase and Girl Scout Cookie supporters alike.”

As a national partner of GSUSA, 4,200 Wendy’s restaurants across the US are hosting Girl Scouts during the cookie season to help local troops sell cookies.

The Girl Scout Cookie Finder app will help customers locate participating Wendy’s restaurants.

GSUSA chief revenue officer Wendy Lou added: “Seeing our iconic Thin Mints paired with Wendy’s Frosty is a testament to the power of the Cookie Programme and millions of Girls Scouts who have made Thin Mints so popular.

“We are so thankful for the support from thousands of Wendy’s franchisees who are giving our girls the opportunity to have cookie booths at their restaurants where they can put their entrepreneurial prowess to use.”

From 24 February 2025, the Wendy’s app will feature the Thin Mints Frosty Adventure interactive game, offering daily food prizes and the opportunity to win up to $10,000.
