Fast-food chain Domino’s Pizza has launched Parmesan Stuffed Crust in its stores across the US.

The item features pizza dough stuffed with melted cheese including mozzarella, topped with Domino’s garlic seasoning and a sprinkling of parmesan.

Domino’s has been serving stuffed crust pizzas in select international markets since 2011.

When developing the menu item for the US, the company’s research and development team explored eight different variations and conducted two large-scale consumer taste tests.

The first focused solely on the crust, while the second evaluated flavouring options — leading to the creation of the Parmesan Stuffed Crust.

The fast-food chain conducted a 12-week field, franchisee and store training programme and certified all 7,000 of its US locations for the launch.

Domino’s executive vice-president and chief marketing officer Kate Trumbull stated: “We’re excited to announce that our first-ever stuffed crust is finally here and we promise, it is worth the wait. We think the best stuffed crust was saved for last.”

To promote the launch, the company is giving away $250,000 worth of free Parmesan Stuffed Crust Pizzas through its ‘Cheat Receipts’ campaign.

Customers can participate by visiting dominoscheatreceipts.com and uploading a receipt showing a prior stuffed crust pizza purchase from another brand before 3 March 2025.

Eligible participants will be entered into a draw for a chance to receive a free pizza code via email, with weekly drawings scheduled for 10, 17 and 24 March 2025.

Customers can purchase a one-topping Parmesan Stuffed Crust Pizza for $9.99 each as part of Domino’s Carryout Deal during National Stuffed Crust Week, which runs from 3 to 9 March.

Founded in 1960, Domino’s Pizza operates in 90 markets, with 21,300 stores globally.

In February 2025, Domino’s Pizza Enterprises (DPE) announced plans to close 205 underperforming stores globally as part of a strategic overhaul to enhance profitability.
