Pickleman’s Gourmet Cafe, a US fast-casual dining concept founded in 2005, has announced its expansion in Texas with a new franchisee group.
The four-store agreement with Integrity Franchise Group is Pickleman’s second multi-unit franchise group in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

It extends Pickleman’s footprint to nine locations scheduled to open before 2029.

Pickleman’s offers a fresh take on fast-casual dining with its seven-ingredient bread, premium No Antibiotic Ever (NAE) proteins, house-made sauces and fresh-baked cookies free from artificial additives.
Its menu features toasted sandwiches, chopped salads, tavern-style pizzas, savoury soups and handmade cookies.
