Fast-casual sandwich chain Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is expanding its presence in the US with a new outlet in Star, a city in northwestern Ada County in the state of Idaho.

The establishment will be located at 200 N Highbrook Wyoming Suite 100 and will welcome customers from 20 March 2025.

Owned by entrepreneurs Brian and Amanda Robertson, the Star branch is the result of the couple’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the Capriotti brand.

The Robertsons bring more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience from their construction business in Las Vegas.

Brian stated: “We’re thrilled to bring Capriotti’s to Star. We’ve always loved the brand, and when we saw the need for a great sandwich spot in the area, we knew it was the right time to open. We can’t wait to share our favourite sandwiches with the community.”

Capriotti’s offers a range including The Bobbie, which features oven-roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and mayo, the Capastrami, made with hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing and coleslaw, and Cheesesteaks, available with steak, chicken or Impossible plant-based meat, topped with melted cheese and hot or sweet peppers.

The new location will contribute to the local economy by creating new job opportunities in Star.

Capriotti’s fans can use the rewards app on iOS and Android to earn and redeem rewards for free food.

The Star location will offer order-ahead, online ordering and third-party delivery. Catering options will also include sub trays, box lunches and a hot meatball bar for any event.

Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is also expanding with a new location in Los Altos, California, at 142 Los Altos Parkway.
