ABTB has acquired eight more locations of American fast food restaurants chain Taco Bell in the Greater Louisville, Kentucky, US.
Financial details of the acquisition remain undisclosed.
ABTB will integrate the eight restaurants into its portfolio making the total locations of the fast food chain owned by the company to 32.
US-based boutique law firm Paris Ackerman served as the legal advisor on this transaction.
In a joint statement, ABDD co-founders Judd and Erica Wishnow said: “Our team is thrilled to integrate these new locations into our portfolio and grow our footprint in the Louisville market. We remain focused on providing exceptional customer service to our guests.”
ABTB, which is a joint venture between Orangewood Partners and ABDD Capital, is a Taco Bell franchisee. Established in January last year, ABTB owns and operates the restaurant chain’s franchisees in the Greater Louisville region.

ABDD’s current quick service restaurants portfolio includes 94 Dunkin’ Donuts and Taco Bell locations in New York, New Jersey, Arizona and Kentucky.
