Qatar’s Al Baladi Holding Group has teamed up with Azerbaijan’s Green Capital Management for a major global expansion of its Go Crispy restaurant and Tea Time café chains.

The project entails opening 400 new branches worldwide – a major step in the company’s strategic marketing plan.

Go Crispy, known for its halal chicken dishes and fast-food options, was first introduced in 2019 by chef Hissa Al Sulaiti.

Tea Time has established itself as one of the largest Qatari café chains, and is known for its signature saffron tea and the unique Karak drink.

The initial phase of the expansion will focus on countries including Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia, the UK and several European nations, with plans to extend to a total of 27 countries.

Al-Baladi Holding Group chairman Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Attiyah said: “We are thrilled to expand our distinctive Qatari brands globally.
