ARC Group, owner, operator and franchisor of Dick’s Wings & Grill, is planning to acquire sports dining franchise, Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery.
SDA Holdings, a company owned by ARC Group board, has signed agreements with the owners of Tilted Kilt to confirm the acquisition of the pub chain.
ARC Group franchise relations vice-president Ketan Pandya said: “Clearly the Titled Kilt brand is well recognised and an original pace setter in the category.
“We are looking forward to amplifying our strengths throughout the franchise system and a return to delivering great customer experiences.”
Tilted Kilt former president Ron Lynch will act as a consultant to the company over the next year during the transitional period. He joined the company as its president and CEO in 2005.
Lynch, in collaboration with ARC Group, will formulate a new strategy and action plan for the brand over the next three months.
